Microcredentials are being developed (and added) for use in courses and for self-learning. In parallel modules are also being developed for learning about understanding the relevance of brain circuits and metacognition to teamwork/collaborative skills. These are developed for use in an AI-augmented learning mode, suited for independent learners.
2- and 4-week Microcredentials
Modules - Teamwork/Collaboration & Metacognition

Other modules that may be relevant can be found at the "K-12 Modules for Teachers" page. They are hosted at the peer-reviewed open journal portal TeachEngineering.org (supported by NSF). They utilize a neuro-robotics theme with of comparing human brain/body systems to corresponding systems in robot/computer systems. Robotics kits are used to engage youth and present an ideal platform for illustrating this theme. The activities are aligned with the Core Neuroscience Concepts that are linked to National Science Standards, and on neural engineering concepts linked to ITEA technological literacy standards.
